Hazard Analysis Critacal Control Point ( HACCP) : Hazard Analysis and Analysis System to be controlled is a safety quality

management system used in food prodution processes to ensure that there will be no danger from microorganisms, chemicals and foreign matter.

It asherees to international standards in accordance with the requirements of the FAO/WHO Food Standards Program Commission (Codex Alimentarius Commission) in various countries.

Have applied it as a guideline to build confidence in the food production industry to manufacturers and consumers.
